Established in 1851, Grafton is a little more than six hours north of Sydney and around 3.5 hours south of Brisbane. Known as the Jacaranda City for its tree-lined streets and annual Jacaranda Festival, Grafton is the commercial hub of the Clarence River Valley but retains the relaxed country charm of a small town. The city is home to many historical buildings and structures, including an iconic double decker road/railway bridge over the Clarence River, built in 1932. As an added bonus, Grafton is less than an hour’s drive from the beach, including the popular coastal hamlet of Yamba on the New South Wales North Coast.

The team at G.J. Gardner Homes Grafton is passionate about the local community and supports the New South Wales Rural Fire Service, Kangaroo Creek Coutts Crossing charity sports club, and the world-renowned annual Grafton Jacaranda Festival.
